National Water Projects Coordinator

Julie joined the Clean Water Action in March 2024 and is the National Water Projects Coordinator based out of our DC office. Her role includes research, policy analysis, and coordinating advocacy strategies for our national campaign efforts.

Julie studied Environmental Policy at Fordham University and has more than eight years of experience in environmental review for large transportation and infrastructure projects. As part of these efforts, she also coordinated robust outreach programs with agencies, elected officials, and key stakeholders. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and throwing pottery on a wheel.

Letter to EPA: Refrain from Further Narrowing the Definition of the “Waters of the United States”

Clean Water Action / Clean Water Fund submitted the following comment letter as part of the April 2025 public comment period for EPA's Request for Recommendations on the definition of the "Waters of the United States"
