Grace Lee is a prominent figure in the fields of sustainability and circular economy, with over 20 years of experience as a career environmentalist. As the inaugural National Director of Clean Water's ReThink Disposable program, Grace Lee oversaw the expansion of the program working with ReThink Disposable teams California, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. She  has been instrumental in driving the adoption of circular economy principles and practices across the food service sector, including local, family owned restaurants to music venues and school districts. Grace was based in our California office and worked with Clean Water through 2024.
